For the person who knows what to eat but needs support and accountability to stay on track. Having a coach to keep you accountable is proven to keep you on track.

  • 24/6 Accountability through messaging 

  • Access via email

  • A supportive coach to help you stay accountable to YOUR goals​

LEVEL 2: ACCOUNTABILITY & MEAL PLANS

For the person who needs guidance on what to eat. You will receive weekly meal plans that you can use as a guide to direct you on how to fuel your body. Having a coach to keep you accountable is proven to keep you on track.

  • 24/6 Accountability through messaging 

  • Weekly Meal Plans/Guides

  • Access via email

  • A supportive coach to help you stay accountable to YOUR goals​

LEVEL 3: PERSONALIZED HEALTH COACHING

We all have unique goals and our bodies respond differently. With my Personalized Health Coaching I take an individualized approach to helping you feel your best and reach your goals. There is a greater likelihood of success when you have accountability. I will help keep you accountable to your goals of overall health, performance or weight loss.
